As a freelance Lead Instructor UX/UI Product Design at WBS CODING SCHOOL, you are fundamentally responsible for the learning success of our international students. In our part-time UX/UI Product Design program, you will teach online for 26 weeks (including two one-week breaks). - Classes in the part-time program take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 18:30 to 21:30 (CET) as well as Saturdays 9:00 to 18:00 (CET).
- You are responsible for delivering workshops, live designing sessions, and other learning events using our carefully developed materials.
- You ensure that our curriculum is delivered in the best possible way and make it easy for your students to follow along.
- You coach our participants in the event of challenges.
- Together with our Program Lead and our instructor team, you will continue to develop our curriculum to ensure the continuous improvement of our program.
YOUR SKILLS
- You have at least 2+ years of experience as a professional Digital Product Designer
- You have extensive experience on design processes and how design teams work
- You have a professional level with Figma
- You have professional knowledge of App and Web design You respond empathetically your students’ needs You love to share your knowledge and experience with the students and the team You are a self-starter and enjoy working independently You are highly proficient in English, both spoken and written
