Regional Sales manager-Europe [Ireland]


 

Summary:

The key responsibility of this role is to develop new business and sales in their assigned territory. This role focuses on direct business from target accounts to generate business for the company.

1. Responsibility for all aspects of consultative selling for comepany’s services, including territory / pipeline management, opportunity identification and generation, understanding & analysis of the business challenges, leading POCs, demonstrations, client workshops and presentations, quotes / pricing, negotiation and other proposal sales activities

2. Working within a team and contribute to its development and success, participates in weekly updates to management and the Business Development team of new activities in the assigned territory, with urgent and important issues being shared with management as they arise.

3. Actively participates at professional meetings and conventions as appropriate.

Other Responsibilities:

Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Moderate travel may be required

Requirements:

1. Familiar with Japan or Korea biotech/pharma industry and has a proven track record of selling high value services/product through direct sales is a plus.

2. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interaction.

3. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail. Effective presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented approach. Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet demanding deadlines.
