We are now seeking a head of process to help us further building the future of food. You will be based in Berga, Spain and report to the head of Production supervisor and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.
In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the production portfolio and quality of products in Berga site.
What will you do:
- Ensure the correct operation of all production lines considering; worker safety, efficiency (OEE) and
- that the product is manufactured according to the required specifications.
- Ensure compliance with cleaning, maintenance, and safety protocols for production personnel on all factory lines.
- Ensure that the plans established by the production managers are met.
- Analyze the factory processes, together with the line operators, and propose improvements that involve more productivity, more safety and better work protocols.
- Analyze the evolution of both staff and efficiently manage the staff dedicated to each line, taking into account the priorities set by the management.
What we expect from you:
- 1-3 years’ experience.
- High education degree in food science or similar degrees.
- High capacity to work in team, be proactive and having good communications skills.
- Fluent in Catalan/Spanish. English seen as an advantage.
