Kaiman Auto, a leading car garage in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional service and guidance throughout their car maintenance and repair journey.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their car service needs
- Provide accurate and detailed information about available services, prices, and estimated completion times
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the service bay to ensure optimal workflow
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose and recommend appropriate repairs
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and obtain customer approval for repair work
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of required components
- Ensure all service records and documentation are accurately maintained
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or a related role in the automotive industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of car maintenance and repair processes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for service scheduling and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary Range: AED 2500-3500
