Responsibilities:
Design and implement machine learning models in production environments using Python
Experiment with different machine learning techniques, selecting appropriate evaluation metrics, and tuning hyperparameters for optimal model performance
Utilize, and maintain generative AI models that can be used to create new content, such as text, images, and video.
Collaborate with other engineers, data scientists, and clients to integrate generative AI models into existing software applications and services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, NLP, LLP and related fields, and identify opportunities to apply these technologies to Neoteric's projects.
Technical Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Python with the ability to write production-quality code
Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised)
Familiarity with machine learning experiment methodology (designing experiments, selecting evaluation metrics, tuning hyperparameters, etc.)
Experience with Generative AI models such as GPT/Midjourney/DALL·E/Stable Diffusion would be a big plus.
Soft Skills Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially when dealing with clients and cross-functional teams
Ability to lead technical calls and workshops related to AI projects
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Specific Skills, Experiences, and Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing machine learning models in production environments
Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Azure, GCP, preferably on AWS)
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Experience working with diverse datasets (text, image, video, time series, etc.)
Experience with version control systems such as Git
